You can delete your Zeddy account and everything in it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
This is the quickest way, and it takes effect immediately.
If you can no longer sign in, email support@thecktgroup.com from the address you used for Zeddy, with the subject Delete my Zeddy account.
Requests are actioned within 30 days, usually sooner. We may ask you to confirm from that same email address — this is the only way to be sure the request is really yours.

Anything held longer. Ordinary backups roll off within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep — such as records of a purchase, for tax purposes — are kept for as long as the law requires and are not linked to your notes.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Zeddy Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they have to be cancelled where you bought them:
Cancel there first, or you may keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
