Zeddy — a notes app by CKT Group LLC
Email support@thecktgroup.com and a person will reply. Please say which device you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong — that is usually enough to find it straight away.
My notes aren't syncing. Zeddy works offline and syncs when it can reach the network again, so notes made in a basement or a plant will appear once you are back in range. If they still haven't after that, sign out and back in on the device that is missing them — nothing is deleted by signing out once everything has synced.
I can't sign in. Signing in sends a one-time code by email. Check the spam folder if it hasn't arrived within a minute. Codes expire, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.
Where are my notes on a computer? At zeddynotes.com. Sign in with the same account and everything is already there.
The dictation got something wrong. Every note keeps the words you actually said, so you can have it re-written without dictating again — change the note's type and it re-reads the original recording rather than the text it produced the first time.
How do I cancel Zeddy Pro? Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are cancelled where you bought them: on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions.
How do I delete my account? In the app, Settings → Delete account. See the deletion page for what is removed and what is kept.
Lost something? Deleted notes sit in Trash for 30 days before they go for good, so a note deleted by accident this week is still recoverable.
